Jeremy Zilar has deep experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change in media, arts organizations, and government.
Jeremy began his career as an artist and art fabricator, and later went on to work almost a decade at The New York Times, helping to transition the Times to a digital-first organization where journalists could work together from multiple locations around the world.
More recently, he joined 18F, a digital services agency within the United States Government. Currently, he is the Director of Digital.gov, a program out of the GSA that provides guidance, tools, resources for building better, more accessible digital services for the public.
He is also on the board of the Brooklyn Rail.
